Previously, 317 Lynnwood Blvd, The Westview Project, is on a pie-shaped lot at the corner of Westview and Lynnwood Blvd in Nashville. This 1927 gem was barely visible when we first discovered it. We found this original photograph (seen above) at the Nashville Historic Commission and hoped to peel back the home’s layers and restore it to its former beauty. This is our sixth historic renovation since founding our company LaSalle Properties Group.
This project is finally complete and on the market for sale! We took this home completely to the studs and renovated it over two years with meticulous attention to detail. Some of ur favorite features of the house include the original and custom stonework with a new cedar shake roof and copper gutters. Elizabeth’s favorite room is the elevated stone screen porch that sits aton a porte cochere on a hill and makes you feel like you’re in a treehouse.
